When you request a quote we may collect your name, company, business email, phone, city/country, selected product, industry/application, glass dimensions, viewing distance, direct-sun information, preferred series, installation notes, timeline, project description and an optional space photo. We also record consent for processing the enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We use data to respond to enquiries, perform technical assessment, prepare a proposal, communicate before contract formation and, where applicable, fulfil contractual and legal obligations. Analytics and marketing technologies load only after your consent.

Data may be accessed by authorized HLN VisualTech / HLN SmartHealth personnel and hosting, email, security and other technical service providers only as needed for the stated purposes. If Google Analytics/Tag Manager or Meta Pixel is enabled, those technologies do not load before consent.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, business communication and applicable legal obligations. Photos submitted through the form are stored in a protected location and are not publicly indexed. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data.
